Advanced Performance Assessment: Running Assessment
Our running assessment in Norwich focuses on two key areas: reducing your injury risk and improving your running performance. We use run-specific isometric strength testing, plyometric force testing, slow motion video analysis, and live biofeedback from RunEasi wearable technology to provide an in-depth understanding of your running style and identify any factors that may be increasing your risk of injury.
With the RunEasi running score, youβll see real-time results as you make adjustments to your gait and gain insight into your βbest speedβ for optimal running efficiency, helping to reduce injury risk.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Charlie paid good attention to my daughter's ongoing knee issue and checked everything out to give us peace of mind. He advised of potential causes and gave practical advice and ideas including daily exercises to help support and strengthen. Charlie was approachable, professional and thorough, especially in dealing with a child (9 years old). I would definitely use him again in the future and recommend his services.Posted on Amy KingswellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great treatment and assessment of my back injury very helpful with advice.Posted on Tom ClaytonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I discovered Charlie when looking for somewhere to go to help with a long standing shoulder injuryβ¦ hoping I had found someone good. I had! Charlie did an excellent job getting deep into some very grumpy tissue. At the outset he did some assessments on my strength and range of motion rather than just diving in. He was also super helpful with suggesting stretches and exercises I can do to help me with continuing to keep on top of it myself. All in all, I am glad I picked Charlie for my treatment. Heβs a very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful young man. If youβre looking for physiotherapy, sports massage or acupuncture and youβve found this page, youβre in the right place. Just book your appointment!Posted on Helen PaiceTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Charlie was a brilliant. I put my back out moving some chest of drawers and could barely stand up straight. Charlie got me moving again and gave me some gentle exercises to help me build up my strength again.
