Have been to S&C Therapy twice now, once for a sports massage and the other for a running assessment. Had a great experience both times - Charlie is friendly and personable and uses his expertise to find solutions to your problems in a way that is easy to understand and follow. After my running assessment I felt inspired to put into practice the advice Charlie gave to improve my running performance. The practice is well equipped and welcoming, would highly recommend.

Charlie, physio at S&C Therapy is excellent and would highly recommend; I had been experiencing a far amount of discomfort in my shoulder for many months which was hampering/limiting the range of movement but after having a consultation with Charlie and a number of physio treatment session, together with the exercises that Charlie gave me to follow I now experience no discomfort in my shoulder and now have full movement back which allows me to continue my fitness journey.  Charlie took time to understand the issue(s) behind the discomfort in my shoulder and treated it accordingly.  Thank you Charlie.

By seeing Charlie regularly for both physio and acupuncture for a few months, I’ve been able to dramatically reduce my pain. He’s always helpful, takes time to understand the problem and thinks outside the box to customise your physio exercises and treatment depending on how you’re feeling. I have seen Charlie several times over the last couple of years - triggered by exercise injuries! He is extremely professional, delivers amazing treatment and have managed to continue exercising within days of visits. Charlie really took the time to help address my concern over my knee and create a plan to help recover my knee which really took the stress off me and I realised there was a (structured) solution to get better. Just a bit unclear/wasn't well informed on how long full recovery will take.
