1. Appointment Booking
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online enquiry system or by contacting us directly.
- Appointments are subject to availability.
- Clients are required to provide accurate personal information and health history during booking to ensure appropriate treatment.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be refunded.
- Failure to attend scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full appointment fee.
- In any instance that an appointment is cancelled by S&C Therapy, an alternative appointment will always be provided, as well as the option of a full refund.
3. Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule appointments based on availability, provided that notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability and will be treated as a cancellation.
4. Late Arrivals
- Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients if necessary.
5. Payment
- Payment for services is due at the time of booking, either online or in-person. A pre-payment link will be provided where applicable for the full fee, refunds are applicable as above.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic forms of payment.
- Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
- Promotions and discounts operate on a temporary basis and may be withdrawn at any time, unless stated otherwise.
6. Health and Safety
- Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect their treatment. - Our therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment if they believe it may endanger the client's health or well-being.
7. Confidentiality
- All client information and medical records are kept confidential in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Information maybe shared with other healthcare providers only with the client's explicit consent.
8. Feedback and Concerns
- We welcome feedback from our clients to continually improve our services. Please feel free to share your thoughts and concerns with us, as well as any complaints.
9. Liability
- While every effort is made to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our treatments, S&C Therapy and its associated practitioners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services.
10. Agreement
