Charlie graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia. He is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).

With extensive experience working in both NHS and private clinics across Norfolk, he quickly recognised the need for a more personal, proactive approach to Physiotherapy, one that focuses on meaningful, lasting results. This vision inspired him to establish S&C Therapy, where he now delivers expert, individualised care designed to help clients move beyond pain and get back to the life they love.

Charlie specialises in musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy, with a particular passion for sports injuries as well as management of neck and shoulder pain. He firmly believes that effective recovery begins by truly understanding the root cause of pain. Taking the time to fully listen, Charlie develops bespoke treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals. His compassionate and practical approach is deeply influenced by his own experience with sports injuries, driving his commitment to helping others overcome setbacks and regain confidence in their movement.

Through S&C Therapy, Charlie is determined to raise the standard of care across Norwich and Norfolk. His mission is to empower every client with the knowledge, support, and tools needed for long-term recovery and improved health. Alongside this professional drive, Charlie draws daily motivation from his family – whose support and encouragement inspire his commitment to helping others move better and live well.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys staying active, whether that’s on the rugby pitch, out running, in the gym, or spending quality time with his family.
